Website rebuild | full search optimisation, tracking and analytics
- Website rebuild. The existing website will be rebuilt in code and hosted on Cloudflare, preserving its design, content and addresses, and designed to load substantially faster on mobile.
- Design improvements. Sorbet will make design improvements where it identifies clear opportunities, each subject to Karen's approval before implementation.
- Search engine optimisation. Full search optimisation from launch: every page correctly presented in search results, and a structure Google and AI answer engines can understand.
- Tracking and analytics. Connection to Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager and Ahrefs monitoring, with bookings and enquiries recorded as conversions for Google Ads and Meta.
- Content management system (CMS). An editing interface that enables Karen to publish and update articles independently, each published in a search-optimised format.
- Accessibility. The website will be accessible to people with disabilities, built in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), and will include an accessibility toolbar.
- Bot protection. Unwanted bot traffic will be blocked before it reaches the site, with full access kept for Google and AI answer engines, and forms protected by bot verification (CAPTCHA).
- Continuity and ownership. The booking system and email will continue without interruption, and the website will be fully owned by Karen Hamou LLC, with no monthly platform fee.

AI infrastructure | establishing organisational memory
- Establishing organisational memory. A structured record of the business, its services, processes, standards and voice, provided as context for all AI work and kept current as work progresses.
- Memory for every client. Karen will be able to create a dedicated organisational memory for each client, so that every engagement continues with its full history.
- Brand book. A brand book containing all of Karen Hamou Consulting's design settings, serving as the standard for every document and page produced with AI.
- Recurring workflows. Up to three tasks, selected with Karen, set up as standard procedures.
- Working standards. Rules requiring factual verification, preservation of Karen's voice, and Karen's approval before anything is sent to a client.
- Ownership and access. The infrastructure will be established in Karen Hamou Consulting's own private GitHub account, alongside the website, with access limited to the people she authorises.

The fine print | scope and commercial terms
- Scheduling, Google Workspace, domain, font, GitHub and AI subscriptions remain with Karen.
- Thirty days of corrections after launch and after handover are included.
- Prices are in NIS and do not include VAT. Payment terms: 50% on approval and 50% on delivery.
- Two feedback rounds per stage; ten business days without a response constitutes approval.
- Ownership passes to Karen Hamou LLC on final payment. Sorbet retains the right to reuse its general methods, may present the project, and will place a small credit link in the website footer.
- This quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Next steps
Upon approval, Sorbet will require administrator access to the Squarespace site and the domain account, together with access to Google Analytics, the scheduling account and GitHub.
